Antonios is one who leads by example by coming in consistently, taking to the class lesson and always giving his best effort. Our coaches have nothing but high praise for Antonios and we are super proud of all the effort and progress he’s made since joining us!

Q: What made you decide to start functional fitness training?
I became pretty complacent working out on my own and wanted to push myself to get to another level of fitness and always had more success when being coached. As someone who is competitive I enjoy how you can make each class a competition with yourself.

Q: Are you a student/working professional/both? What do you do for a living?
I work for PNC Bank and help companies with cash management and payments.

Q: What are your hobbies/interests outside of the gym?
Skiing, basketball, volleyball, hiking & hanging with my pup.

Q: What are some of your favorite movements (name up to three)?
Row, snatches and box jumps

Q: What are your least favorite movements?
Biking, burpees and sandbag carry

Q: What movements do you want to improve at?
Bar muscle ups.

Q: What advice do you have for someone considering our gym?
Don’t be intimidated as all the coaches and extremely helpful and all the members are super welcoming. There is scale for everything depending on your needs and goals!

Q: What’s your favorite “cheat” food?
Chicken nuggets!

Q: What is your guilty pleasure?
Love Island (UK only).

Q: Do you have any nicknames?
Andoni (name in Greek), Doni, AB, Tone, Ant
