Introduction to Energy Systems Training
This post explains the different energy systems used during workouts. It covers three traditional systems (ATP, glycolytic, and oxidative) and introduces seven new systems based on our ability to deliver and utilize oxygen. These systems are categorized and aim to enhance oxygen delivery, optimize its utilization, and maintain balance.
