Since 2022, we celebrate our diverse and supportive R3VIVE community with an annual partner workout challenge. This two-person team challenge will feature 5 different workouts. So grab a friend and get ready for a challenge and lot of fun!
R3VIVE’s second functional fitness training cycle of 2024 runs from February 26th to April 15th, starting with recovery and technique focus. The cycle features two tracks: Perform, for strength and capacity with low reps and heavy loads; and Build, for general strength with higher volume. Both test back squat, bench press, and a 2k row endurance. Weekly intensity will start high and taper down for optimal recovery and growth. The program culminates in an annual partner challenge.
This post emphasizes that appropriate training can significantly improve our health and delay the aging process, regardless of age or experience level.

Get ready for an exciting 8-week training cycle starting January 2nd! Whether you choose the Perform track for exercise-specific strength or the Build track for general strength, expect improvements in your 5RM Front Squat, pressing tests, and a retest of the “Balls to the Wall” workout.
